As a great educator, Sukhomlynsky began his career of teacher since at 17, until he died at 52 in 1970. Sukhomlynsky was also a great school administrator, who devoted himself to school administration. Being the headmaster of Pavlysh Middle School, he created the brilliance of the school with his heart and soul.The object of this research lies in two aspects namely: on the one hand, to notify the founding, essence and characteristics theoretically, and on the other hand, trying to explore the effective components to our school administration in the practice facet. Methods as document scanning, academic communication, interview and so on are applied for comprehensively study from the view of history and reality.The conclusion has four parts: first, both social, political & economic factors and personal endeavor played important role in forming Sukhomlynsky's school administration thoughts, which was founded by the times and his own practice and thinking; second, the main component of Sukhomlynsky's thoughts includes: ideal leading, student-based administration, teacher-based administration and net-like administration; third, the characteristic of science, instruction and uniqueness constitutes Sukhomlynsky's school administration, such characters inter-support, commonly keep up the vitality of the thoughts; at last, according to the reality of China's school administration, four implications are put forward.
