With the coming of the society of knowledge economy, the focuses on the human resource are getting greater and greater. Especially when a lot of companies pay more attention and investments to the training, they had to face such questions as how much the training costs, what effects the training has achieved, whether the training has achieved the expected goals and what the ROI of the training is. It is what the training evaluation can tell us. The study of the training evaluation is a integrated, cross–field task which covers education, psychology, economy, management and statistics etc. Up to now the achievements of the study haven't come to a scientific system so that they cannot be applied to the practice of the training evaluation in business organizations.The thesis, which is based on the theories of ISD, training design, development and evaluation in business organizations and other relative theories in the field, regards how to effectively evaluate the training results as the theme. The training full-process evaluation model in business organizations is proposed in the thesis on the analysis results of the survey of the training evaluation situations in 2 companies and 1 organization in Shanghai.The thesis mainly includes 5 sections.The 1st one introduces the research's meanings, methods, innovations and the problems to be solved.The 2nd one elaborates the basic theory of ISD, training evaluations, evaluating criteria and the design method of training evaluation program, and introduces several training models as well.The 3rd section is about the analysis results of the survey of the training evaluation situations in 2 companies and 1 organization in Shanghai.The 4th one elaborates the content of the training full-process evaluation model in business organizations, which includes identifying training objectives, identifying training evaluating criteria, training evaluating program design, evaluation implementation and training results feedback. In addition, the notices of applying the model are introduced here as well.The 5th section concludes the achievements, deficiency and limits of the study and indicates the study in the future.
