The Psychological Wellbeing is comprehended and annotated at the point of the development of the human being, and it emphasizes the realization of the potential ability and development of the human being. The primary school teachers shoulder the duty of teaching and educating, so. study the Psychological Wellbeing will bring far-reaching meaning to the education career and even the development of the society. According to the related research of Psychological Wellbeing. finding that the social support and self-esteem will affect it a lot. The purpose of this article is to know the actuality of the primary school teachers' Psychological Wellbeing, social support and self-esteem, and to discover the relationship of self-esteem and social support to the Psychological Wellbeing. On one hand, it can fulfill the theory of study of the Psychological Wellbeing , on the other hand, it offers good suggestion to the teachers' mental health.Adapt from the Psychological Wellbeing , the Self-esteem Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale, we take 307 primary school teachers who came from Shijiazhuang city to make a research . The finding is analyzed through the method of variance, related. test and Multiple stepwise regression by SPSS12.0 and AMOS4.0.The research results show:1.Different ages primary school teachers have the distinct difference in controlling environment and self- acceptance. The age from 31 to 40 is better than that of 20 to 30; the age from 20 to 40 is better than that of 41to 50 in the personal growth; the age over 50 is better than that of 30 to 50 in the self-esteem; and the age over 50 is better than the others distinctly in the social support.2.The primary school teachers from the different places have quite differences in autonomy, personal growth and life goals . The primary school teachers living in cities arc better than that from the counties and villages in life goals; the primary school teachers living in cities are better than that from the cities in the self-esteem; The primary school teachers living in counties are better than that from the counties and villages in indoor support; The primary school teachers living in counties are better than that from the villages in outdoor support.
