Vocational education must be improved further in Chinese way, says prime minister Wen Jiabao at Chinese Vocational Education Conference on Nov. 7th,2005. With the vast investment to the vocational Education, the government is aiming at establishing training thousands of millions of high-quality professional workers.The secondary vocational education is one important part of professional education, in which the students are different from other levels. It is necessary to improve their English and other abilities. It is investigated that most of vocational students are bothered by their studying motives interests emotions determinations and so on. What's more, a part of the students even stop studying anything because of their lack of these non-intellective factors.This paper is composed of three parts. In the first parts it analyzes the current state of vocational school students on their non-intellective factors through a complete investigation; In the second part it demonstrates an vocational English teaching mode by using information technology, then put the integration into the practice in the classes to find if it can help to stimulate the motivation, interest, love, and other non-intellective factors. The effect can be found through the following educational research methods: 1) Testing method. Try to find the differences between the final exam of experimented class with the compared classes, as well as the English testing marks before the practice. 2) Method of observation. Observe and record the changes of non-intellective factors of the students. 3) Interview and questionnaire methods. Learn what vocational students think of the integration in their class. In the third part, it makes a conclusion and gives some suggestions.It is proved that the vocational English class integration with information technology has a great effect on the following aspects: 1) It can stimulate non-intellective factors of vocational students effectively; 2) It can greatly improve the teaching quality; 3) It can help the students learn to explore English language willingly and actively. 4) It can foster the students' good personalities. However, the following must be done during the integration in the vocational English teaching to stimulate non-intellective factors: Firstly, it is important that the teacher must know the key points, difficulties and fresh points, then designs a fine teaching procedure; secondly, the teacher must completely make good use of information technology as the emotional stimulating means. Thirdly, the teacher must help the students to keep off their difficulties by using the direct images of information technology, so as to foster the students' determination. Finally, the teacher must give the students enough time to construct their English abilities using information technology by themselves.
