The investigation on student's history studies carried from following nine aspects: The high school student's interest of the history study;their learning motive of history;their cultivated manners of history studies; the total evaluation on 2005 new teaching material;the high school student's total evaluation on history teacher and teaching method of history;the high school student's request on modern teaching means;the way of evaluation on history study; agrestic history and the knowledge test of the history foundation.By analysising the investigation, we can give the following three suggestion on history teaching in Yongcheng area: optimize the teacher' s troops, advance the total character of teacher's troops;change old concept, reform teaching method,work hard to improve quality of teaching;the subject of history must exert itself.
