A Study On The Dynamics Of The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Universities From Stakeholder Perspective

Shaanxi Province is a province of science and education,with many universities,research institutes and science and innovation enterprises,rich in science and education resources,but the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements is at a low level due to the lack of motivation to transform scientific and technological achievements.This paper mainly uses literature research method,interview method and qualitative analysis method,drawing on the research results of existing literature and combining the conclusions drawn from the analysis of data obtained by reviewing information,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the motivation of transforming scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi Province universities.From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper analyzes the transformation motivation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities according to their existing situation,concludes that the transformation motivation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities is insufficient,analyzes and sorts out the various reasons leading to the insufficient transformation motivation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities,and based on the stakeholder theory and collaborative innovation network theory,provides theoretical support for the measures to improve the transformation motivation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities.This study will provide theoretical support to improve the motivation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities.This study will help the stakeholders in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities to solve the problem of insufficient motivation in their own and mutual cooperation in the transformation of achievements,which will help to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi universities,and is expected to provide reference for the relevant research in the academic field.
