Research On The Influencing Factors Of IT Enterprises’ Participation In The Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements In Universities

In recent years,the state has issued a series of guidelines and policies to promote enterprises to strengthen the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements,so as to accelerate the marketization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in universities.We will persist in taking enterprises as the main body and encourage them to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.Enterprises increasingly realize the importance of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and pay attention to the cooperation with universities to transform scientific and technological achievements.In order to explore the influencing factors of enterprises’ participation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,the IT industry that attaches great importance to technological innovation is selected,and the theoretical model of "Influencing factors of IT enterprises’ participation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities" is constructed based on the indepth interview data of 30 managers of IT enterprises and the theory of planned behavior.Through rooted research,three influencing factors including participation attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control are summarized,which are further manifested as economic income expectation,reputation enhancement demand,technological progress demand,government policy orientation,attitude tendency of universities,industry demonstration effect,enterprise transformation resources,enterprise transformation ability and resource endowment of regional universities.On this basis,this thesis investigated 350 evaluation data of IT enterprises’ participation behavior from managers and R&D personnel who are familiar with enterprises’ participation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.SPSS25.0 and Amos24.0 software were used to test the relationship model among the variables.The results show that: enterprises participation intention has a significant positive effect on firm participation behavior.Participation attitude(economic income expectation and technological progress demand),subjective norm(government policy orientation and industrial demonstration effect),and perceived behavioral control(enterprise transformation resources and transformation ability and resource endowment of universities)have significant positive influence on enterprises’ willingness to participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.And it can indirectly influence their participation behavior through the mediating effect of participation intention.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the government,universities and enterprises respectively.The research on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is broadened from the perspective of enterprises,which is helpful to improve the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities.
