Along with the increase of Chinese economic strength and the great rejuvenation cause of Chinese nation call,talent must be made the very important action of historical stage all along, China will win in intense international competition,talent acts very important role undoubtedly,therefore,must carry out thorough research for talent problem.Based on this,the seriousness of the importance of talent and the current talent problem of our country,the standard problem of talent and talent select to appoint the historical and realisticproblems such as supervisor rear have been investigated, and stand on new starting point,have analysed the present talent of our country the stern situation faced,have analysed the major problem that current talent selects and appoints the existence in work,have put forward which talent select must insist to have both ability and integrity principle,must take extensively with examination just method;When talent appoint must break the restrictions such as age, educational background,qualification and region,must insist to appoint people on their merits,give because of material to be,must strengthen training and the check for talent,when talent appoint must rise to choose a person for the job the talent consciousness. Talent select,appoint and supervise is one close appearance the whole united,to make talent rise up need to have democracy is tolerant choose a person for the job environment and careful perfect choose a person for the job mechanism,we emphasize that play the role of talent,must be clearheaded to know,the role that will play talent needs tax to talent certain limits of authority, which will guarantee this limits of authority is legal and reasonable to utilize,it must reinforce as choose a person for the job the double supervisor of and talent self,have this side only can guarantor just role play really efficiently.
