Teacher evaluation is an important part in school education and school management. It has the positive function to proceed the teacher evaluation correctly, reasonably and scientifically. It can promote the teacher to develop unceasingly, raise their teaching level unceasingly, implement comprehensively the education for all-around development and advance the elementary education curriculum reforms. Our country attached great importance to the theory and practice research on teacher evaluation in recent years. But as the writer see, some results in teacher evaluation have arisen the strong ideal colour, and lack in practical in investigation and research, and ignore the evaluatees experience. In reality ,it didn't concern about what is the primary school teacher evaluation ,what are their knowns , attitudes and wishes.. So this paper analyses theories of the existing researches. Through using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview,research into current primary school teacher evaluation's situation, the teachers'attitudes. Compare the problems between the current research and existing researches. Find the common and uncommon problems, propose some improvements .The writer hope that, this paper can be used for proving the local area's teacher evaluation innovation. To make contribution on development of basic education .The dissertation can be divided into five parts:In the first part ,an introduction gives the meaning,conception and the lack of existing researches.In the second part, the writer dissertate the cause , development and current situation. The investigative deficiency of primary school teacher evaluation, investigation and results of existing researches ,and point out the lack of itThe third and the fourth parts are the emphases in the article. The third part is to research into current primary school teacher evaluation's situation. The research include the aims , performance evaluation,method, the using of result .Then them were preliminarily analyzed.In the fourth part , is to compare the problems between the current research and existing researches. Find the common and uncommon problems, propose some improvements. Among them, through the psychological guidance to help the teacher reducing pressure is my own idea.The last part is conclusion. it resumptively discussed the research findings.
