Morality is a kind of phenomenon which accompanies with the development of the society, and which adjusts the relationship between man and man, man and society, and man and environment by certain good and evil standard. The solution of moral problem depends on moral education. Nowadays China being at the critical era of the social transformation and the economic transformation with the deep open and joining the WTO, values of the people have the tendency. Nowadays our moral education is confronting unprecedented perplexity and challenge. In light of the practice of our moral education, the modernization of moral education obviously leaves behind the development of the society. The followings are the reasons. The goal of moral education separates from the students'cognitive development level and characteristics, and even neglects the rationality of the individual benefits. Moreover, the goal disjoins the students'living world and makes emerge a gap between target and reality; at the same time the content of moral content of moral education is over-conservative and can not breakthrough the perspective of tradition moral education. The content is often showed in the form of absolute truth, which is disadvantageous to develop the ability of moral judgment. The method of moral education mainly employs indoctrination and neglects the respect for the students'corpus and feelings and lacks effective evaluation and instruction, which is the intrinsic cause of low result of moral education. With the development of the market economy, money worship and egoism also imperceptibly affect the teenagers, which is the outside cause of limiting the result of moral education.In the education of moral, especially in schools, we emphasis on the development of the intelligence do not the training of moral characters; we emphasis on the unified demands are not the training of the personalities; we emphasis on the knowledge in books but on the social practice, we emphasis on teaching on the examples, we emphasis on blocking no dredging. We can't promote the development in all aspects. So the path to the education of the youths is innovation. We ask the teenagers to found scientific views of moral education, to strengthen the views of education, to strengthen the concepts of all aspects. We must change the class education, simple teaching into all aspects of the teenagers in their lives. We must study the principles of the forms of the moral and the growth of the teenagers. We must improve the actual effects of the teenagers'moral education during the course of history in the middle school.At present, the first problem we want to solve in the moral field is to found the moral education system adapting to the socialistic economy. We must think about the situation of the moral education of the teenagers carefully and the weakness of the moral education. We must found the school moral system to meet the demands of the era development, to meet the traits of the teenagers and utilize moral class completely. In the teaching, we must insist on the multiple principles to create the situational teaching methods in the base of the students, to develop the practical activities, to strengthen the students'self- education, to promote the teachers'characteristic charming, to create the social environment of the moral education, to improve the moral qualities of the teenagers, to realize the educational goal of the perfect characters which integrates the moral with psychology.
