Reading is an important ability to acquire knowledge. Training people to be reading from the start. Students reading psychology of development, play an important role in improving their reading ability. The Dalian through questionnaires and interviews of 500 pupils read status investigated. The results show that : the overall reading among pupils in Dalian city in good psychological condition, but there are differences. First, the overall grade students in reading psychologically significant difference. In reading memory, attention reading, reading thinking, reading will reach a significant difference. Secondly, the difference between boys and girls in reading psychologically significant overall. Perception achieve significant difference in reading. Thirdly, cities, towns and rural areas generally psychologically significant difference in reading. Cities, towns and rural students reading times. Perception in reading, reading thinking, reading attention on the significant difference. Overall speaking, reading psychological factors of the non-intellectual and psychological impact on the reading did not show major differences in their reading of the intelligence on psychological factors. Psychological factors have an impact on the students read the main objective factors from family, school and society. Researchers of the causes for the above results and analysis of relevant countermeasures. Reasons why : First, the primary impact on the psychological and physiological characteristics. Second, the non-intelligence factors. Third, between urban and rural areas of economy, culture, ideas, etc. caused by the difference. In response to these problems, the strategy : First, we must vigorously advocate reading childhood reading concepts, and actively develop and implement plans to promote children's reading. Secondly, the integrated use of intelligence and non-intelligence factors, improve the quality of primary and secondary school students to read. Third, emphasize the reading guide "acceptable entity" status, reading to students with the most timely guidance.
