Tutorial system, which may date back to the 14th century of Oxford University, is widely adopted by the universities all over the world as a high level talents'cultivating model now. The system is that a group of students are provided with a tutor, and a long-term teacher-student relationship is constructed between them. The tutor is in charge of instructing his students'learning and behavior so as to help them study further. Tutorial system lays emphasis on individual instruction and benefits students'personality development, so it has brought up large numbers of talents with spirit of innovation and great achievements.The healthy and sound growing up of teenagers has greatly attracted people's attention in recent years. The junior high school students, who are faced with growing pains as well as entrance examination pressure, are in great need of teachers'instruction and help to gain all-round development. However, the traditional class management model advantages group teaching but disadvantages individual differences, in other words, the class supervisor who is not only a teacher but also a supervisor doesn't have enough energy to care for every student in his class. As a result, some students'mental problems can not be solved in time. So it can compensate the defect of class supervisor system to adopt tutorial system in junior high school. Thanks to tutorial system, each teacher becomes a tutor and instructs certain number of students. That is to say, all the teachers participate in class management and each student can get instruction and help. Finally, the all-round development of the students comes true.Presently, it is rational to adopt tutorial system in junior high school. It will help to increase the contact between tutors and students and also improve the relationship between them. Then tutors can observe and study their students for a long period of time. So it not only meets the needs of teenagers'multi-intelligence development and their subjective development, but also meets the needs of the reorientation of teachers'role and promoting education equity in the teaching field. The research, based on practice of a school, not only summarizes the good results caused by tutorial system, but also rethinks the problems about the practice. In addition, the practical strategy is constructed in detail on the basis of practice.The whole article falls into four parts: The first part discourses upon the characteristics and educational value of tutorial system in junior high school, especially expounds upon the necessity of adopting it in terms of the defect of the traditional class management mode and mental sound development of adolescents. In the second part the writer discusses the rationality of carrying out tutorial system in junior high school. In the third part, the writer discusses experience and defect about tutorial system in terms of practical aspect on the investigation of a school so as to provide practical strategy with realistic foundation. In the fourth part, in order to offer schools some help, the writer puts forward the guidelines and guiding principles first, then some rational suggestions about the institution building and tutors'work.The writer tries to analyze and construct tutorial system in junior high school in the scope of whole-class cooperative instruction on the basis of promoting teacher-student cooperation, teacher-teacher cooperation, student-student cooperation and parent-teacher cooperation. Furthermore, the writer gives tutorial system a more rational thinking about its running environment and defines tutorial system in junior high school more rationally. All the above is an innovation in this study.
