For a long time,the basic education has been constantly exploring and developing in our country.At present,a new round of curriculum reform is being carried out in full swing.The new curriculum reform advocates not only to learn to teach,that is,to choose teaching flexibly from the actual situation of learning,but also to pay close attention to the development of the students and to adhere to the students as the base.In this context,in 2015,the district of Y in ningbo,zhejiang province,took the lead in introducing the tutorial system into the class management of primary schools,and proposed that the traditional headteacher system would be retired within three years.At present,the primary school in Y district has been in the tutorial system for more than two years.It is understood that area Y is of good quality during propulsion,but there are also a lot of difficulties and problems.In view of this,the author takes Y district as an example,and tries to carry out a thorough and comprehensive study and exploration on the management of primary school classes.This paper clarified the research status at home and abroad,discusses the relevant concepts and theories(including the subject of multiple intelligence theory,Humanism learning theory,theory and theory),analyzes some basic problems of primary school class management implementation of tutor system on the spot investigation,analysis and Reflection on the class management tutorial system implementation in Y the primary school.Finally,after defining the basic principles of the implementation of tutor system in primary school class management,a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to schools,teachers and parents respectively.The full text consists of four parts: The first part elaborates the research status at home and abroad and the relevant theoretical basis,and provides theoretical support for the next research.The second part focuses on some basic problems in the management of primary class management.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of primary school teacher system and the characteristics and value of tutorial system in primary school class management,it is clear that it is feasible to implement tutorial system in primary school class management.The third part,based on the reality,chooses three primary schools in the Y area as the investigation object,and makes a field survey on the present situation of the tutorial system.Through the survey of teacher interviews,student questionnaires and parents' questionnaires,we know the implementation status and effect of the pilot school,so as to clarify the value and shortage of the tutorial system in primary school management.The fourth part,on the basis of defining the restrictive factors and implementing principles of tutorial system in primary school class management,puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions for schools,teachers and parents to implement tutorial system in primary school class management.
