In order to make medical students bear the responsibility for protecting human life and health and carrying out the promise" the health is tied, and the life is entrusted"; in order to train skillful medical workers with both ability and moral integrity to serve the people heart and soul, not only professional theory knowledge and professional skill is needed, but also education of medical moral should be strengthened at the same time.For a long time, educators have done more medical ethics research on doctors, nurses in the hospitals and students in the universities, but educational research on medical ethics secondary health schools students is less referred to. Related reference books are rare. The author, based on ten-year teaching experience, guided with two-year study experience, tries to probe into the subject as follows:Part One mainly deals with the significance of medical ethics education in Secondary health schools: it is necessary to emphasize medical ethics education in the new era of developing market economy and adapting to the change of medical mode. For medical students alone, medical ethics is an important part of future career and a request for fully-development. Part Two mainly analyzes the problems that have existed in present secondary health schools: lacking the knowledge of body-mind problem with secondary schools'students; imitating higher education style; using the never-changed textbooks and arranging the same three old courses. What's more, there also exist the following problems: the teachers are out of line with medical major; students are not mature; the students cannot understand their major; and the students lack the enthusiasm for patients and their career. The above problems are particularly obvious at present. Part Three mainly deals with the solutions to these problems in secondary health schools : first, establishing new model of medical ethics education; improving the medical ethics education system and mode; standardizing medical ethics education and then establishing multi-level medical ethics education system; fulfilling human nature of medical ethics education; setting up new medical ethics education manner; reinforcing the training of quality-oriented education on human culture; Second, renewing and perfecting the content of medical ethics education; establishing correct medical ethics belief and higher vocational ideals; studying medical ethics; strengthening the training of communication and quality-oriented education on human culture; carrying on education on modern life value; making"healing the wounded and rescuing the dying"medical students'life pursuit and ultimate aim. Last, paying close attention to medical ethics education practice; studying and following the law of medical ethics education; arranging the content of education and selecting the ways of education according to the stages and emphasis; contributing to the internalization of medical ethics quality; strengthening management . It is sincerely hoped that the thesis provides a new thought and effective way to develop and improve students'medical ethics and psycological education in secondary health schools by exploring these theories and practice.
