Based on the theory of teaching environment, and according to the need of developing and utilizing the resources of Chinese courses in the "General High School Chinese Curriculum Standards" (trial version), a preliminary theoretical exploration of Chinese classroom teaching environment construction has been carried through to seek for a feasible way, with the help of education, psychology, environmental psychology and Chinese education.Nowadays, the relationship between human and environment has been paid more and more attention in our society. All educational activities are carried out under certain environmental conditions. Classroom teaching which has a lot of various classroom teaching resources is the main form in the Chinese teaching activities, and Chinese classroom teaching environment construction is realized through developing and utilizing these resources. Chinese classroom teaching environment involves two levels, which are physical level and psychological level, and can be found four characters of human nature, culture, Aesthetic and comprehension through analyzing from the aspects of learning psychology, sociology awareness, cultural connotation and suggesting mechanism.The significance of Chinese classroom teaching environment construction lies in simulating students'motivation for Chinese learning, improving students'intellectual level, and promoting the growth of the Chinese teachers in the classroom teaching. Through building Chinese classroom teaching environment, the goals of optimizing Chinese classroom environment, improving the physical and mental health of the teachers and students, and promoting the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching environment can be achieved, which will eventually create a unique education and culture system with the character of Chinese subject. The new Chinese curriculum standard has provided favorable conditions for the Chinese classroom teaching environment construction: on the one hand, it proposes the need of using and exploring course resources, which provides the theory support for the Chinese classroom teaching environment construction; on the other hand, it proposes the course construction idea of "student-centered" and emphasizes the role change of teachers, which makes it possible to treat classroom teaching environment as an important component of Chinese courses development. In addition, the rapid development and popularization of modern educational technology have provided technical support for the Chinese classroom teaching environment construction.The basic principles and methods of Chinese classroom teaching environment construction have been illustrated from the views of Chinese classroom teaching physical environment, psychological environment and development and utilization of textbooks. As a special Chinese teaching material, Chinese textbook has not only the character of physical environment, but also the unique effect of psychological environment. In this paper, based on the design idea of new curriculum standard for compulsory and elective courses, the basic principles of developing and utilizing Chinese textbooks has been demonstrated, which contain the basic principle, creativity principle, application principle and diversity principle.Validating whether or not the Chinese classroom teaching environment construction improves the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching, and promotes the comprehensive and harmonious development of students, need to evaluate the Chinese classroom teaching environment. Teaching environment evaluation has three dimensions: the consummate degree of physical environment, the health degree of psychological environment and the congruent degree of physical environment and psychological environment. From these dimensions, the corresponding classroom teaching environment evaluation standard has been established, referring to two teaching environment scale evaluations which are widely used in the world: Classroom Environment Scale (CES) and Learning Environment Investigation (LEI). And taking example for reading classroom teaching, a set of《Chinese Classroom Teaching Environment Investigation Survey Questionnaire》(reading teaching module) which have a general meaning of teaching module, have been tentatively established, with the expect to be the primary exploration of Chinese teaching environment evaluation.
