Theoretical Basis And Practical Significance Of A Training Study

With the development of the society, athletic sports are heading forprofessionalization and commercialization. In response to thattendency, sport events are held more frequently on a larger scale. Theaudience calls for games of better competition results and excitingperformances. Therefore, it becomes the most important part of thetraining to improve results. Theories should be put in practice. However,there are many practical problems of breaking away from the practicewith the sports theory in our country, which results in theineffectiveness of sports training. In addition, traditional methodsare so frequently imposed by administrative means on some trainingprograms that the quality of training is deteriorating. In some cases,training programs that brings about good performances are calledunprofessional ones. In this sense, the idea about the futility ofsports theory actually refers to the fact that the training theory doesnot apply to guiding practical programs, especially not to thosedesigned for athletes in high-level competitions. By the deconstructiveanalysis of traditional athletic training, the thesis gives a generalsurvey of unitary training theory, its theoretical foundation andpractical contribution, in the hope that unitary is available to andemployed sport tutors in professional train. Despite some defects inthe training theory proposed by Mao Peng, the vital is the publicizationof the unitary theory with the effort to exchange with traditionaltraining based on the coexistence. Thereafter, various views andcritics will be adopted in the theoretical framework to undergo theself-criticism by scientific logic and training practice.
