Influenced by the scientism and intellectualism, traditional teaching attaches important to the requirements of teachersËŠ cognitive capabilities,and ignores the requirements of teachersËŠ esthetical intelligence at individual esthetical level. Even if it is mentioned, it has not been thought highly and just as the subordinate concept of other qualities.In the circum stances of educational reform at home, esthetical teaching models, such as living education, successful education and Chinese context teaching which aim at changing the misadvising models have been put forward in succession on the basis of theoretical and practical exploration for more than ten years. And with the practice of crinum reform in the last new turn, esthetic is emphasized in teaching content and objectives in particular. Chinese teacher should posses the capabilities of dealing with esthetic namely esthetical intelligence, so as to reach the teaching objectives and embody the ideal of personification. Combines it with esthetical intelligence and we should apply the esthetic intelligence to Chinese teaching in order to optimize the quality structure, facilitate harmonious and all-round development of students, and get the aim-better teaching with esthetic.This thesis tries to aim at exploring Chinese teachers how to find esthetic and combine it with Chinese teaching organically. On the basis of ensuring the sound effect, develop the studentsËŠ esthetical capabilities, cultivate their character human dignity, and make their vocation boundary high at the same while. During the research, the writer try to exceed the esthetical infiltrating education before, seek integrate, harmonious and free principle as so on. Look closely at Chinese teaching on esthetical eyes, look at it as"esthetic"as itself should be. This thesis consists of four parts. The first one emphasizes on the connotation and feature about Chinese teacher.To be a psychological noun, esthetic touches upon people's consciousness and later applies on philosophy and aesthetics. When it has been combined with Chinese teaching which sees person highly very much, it must effect on fostering students very well. The second part discusses practical signification about esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher. I want to talk about it from two branches. One, the importance of esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher. It has three branches: first, the corrupt practice that exists Chinese teaching make people think it deeply for long time; second, the last reform in Chinese teaching ask it to be; third, it is the intention that Chinese teaching itself has. Two, the significance of esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher to Chinese teaching is very deep; For students, make them be developed and integrate in esthetic of traditional culture ;For teachers, make them consummate themselves in designing esthetical content; For Chinese education , make it finish its significance fully skilled.The third part is looking esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher on theoretical round about psychology, philosophy and aesthetics. In order to find its theoretical resource, serve for Chinese teaching better.The last one emphasizes on the fostering about esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher. One, the goal that esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher foster, it involves the intelligence that translate and appreciate deeply; the intelligence that imagination and creation; the emotion that abundant, exquisite and cordial. Two, the principle that esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher foster. It involves esthetical principle, creative principle, developed principle and manipulative principle. Three, foster and apply esthetical intelligence of Chinese teacher in practice. It analyzes from two parts: esthetic about preparing before class; and esthetic about teaching.
