Non-intelligence factors are beyond the intellectual psychological factors, environmental factors, physical factors, such as moral character and so on. Non-intelligence factors of a tremendous role promot the one's growth. As for given the student's innovative spirit and practical ability more and more attention, non-intelligence factors related research topics have gradually become the focus of research in the education sector.Disciplinary education is an important channel to cultivation of non-intelligence factors, mathematical disciplines as a part of disciplinary education should assume this responsibility. The stage of high school mathematics for new curriculum reform of the relevant requirements, mathematics teaching should regard cultivation of non-intelligence factors of students as one of the teaching goals, and personality molding of students regard as one of the important tasks of mathematics education. Through mathematical study, students not only obtain math knowledge, skills and abilities, but also cultive non-intelligence factors for their intellectual development and character formation of fine quality. Thus, exploring the culture of non-intelligence factors in the high school mathematics teaching have important significance.Having reviewed the literature, we conducted a number of studies on the status of research and development in non-intelligence factors, mathematics teaching and culture of non-intelligence factors, as well as the training in mathematics teaching to explore the training of non-intelligence factors.Two of grade three classess of Tianjin No.1 High Shool is experiments.According to experimental pedagogy, psychology and the psychology, we dsign a questionnaire , satistics data to the questionnaire, experimentally study combining teaching practice methods for the training training students of non-intelligence factors, the results show:(1)The process of learning in high school mathematics, non-intelligence factors are the main factors affecting math achievement.(2) Routine teaching can gradually cultivate the non-intelligence factors.(3) Mathematics teaching should use the channels on cultivation of non- intelligence of high school students, innovative students' mathematics thinking ability positively, and strive to improve the quality of mathematics.
