In the traditional thought moral qualities lesson teaching, the teacher teaches actively, and is an induction of knowledge, infusion; Student is the passive accepter from the external world incitement who accept the knowledge; the teaching material is the content a teacher infuses toward student; the instructional media is the method and means of the infusion. The teaching is far from the student's real life; The teaching neglected the student's independent experience. To change this kind of condition, thought the moral qualities lesson demand a combination, which combines the thought moral qualities lesson teaching and the morals quality formation. This will be the experience under the Teacher's guidance; This will be the experience among the classmates.This text elaborates the theory which supports the experience type teaching in a junior high school thought and moral qualities lesson, and the practical value. The article sets out from the present situation of the thought moral qualities lesson teaching and mainly focuses on the necessity of the experience type teaching. The article elaborates the connotation, the conception of the experience type teaching, conception characters and theory of the experience teaching in junior high school thought and moral qualities lesson. The article emphasizes the basic operation the diagram type and implement strategy. The basic operation diagram: The experience of feeling and knowing ----experience----experience of practice, and a thorough analysis of each step.
