The current international situation has put forward more urgent requirements in training and bringing up a new generation of our country, and it also has proposed new demands and entrusted the new mission. In the face of difficulties and challenges, if the basic education wants the steady and healthy growth momentum, it must take the road to sustainable development: permeate among the thoughts of running schools, contingent building and school management. In a certain sense, who realizes the strategic meaning of sustainable development of the school first, who constructs and implements the tactics of sustainable development of the school first, he will make the school sustain and develop fast healthily.The school, as a carrier and epitome of the education system, it is a complicated social subsystem. In order to accurately master the key factors which influence sustainable development of the school, it is necessary to regard the schools as a complicated and open system to investigate, scrutinize the schools by using methods of network analysis from macroscopic to microcosmic ,in whole and large views, which is also the marrow of systematic thoughts. This text at a micro aspect of the education system analyzed the school as an important carrier to discuss the sustainable development of the school, so we proceed with deep structures of education emphatically. Though the relations between each part and each key element of deep structure are more basic, fixed than the structure of top layer, and it demonstrates relative stability. The deep structure involves each subsystem, such as the goal, management, teaching, and it covers each aspect of the school. At the same time, because the intensity of every key element closely relates to the people who have dynamic factors, which has resulted the complexity, arduousness, systematicness in realizing it. This text attempts to tightly catch "people" that unifies every key element of the deep structure in education, looks for the route to promote quality of "people" from the views of principals, teachers' ranks, systems of the school. Thus it enables the concrete implementers" of the school education to equipment with advanced thoughts of education, implement scientific and rational teaching and management activities .make great efforts to realize the goal of overall education and realize the sustainable development of the school.This research has important inspiring meaning in the development of school in the field of basic education, which makes the school administrators can think cautiously how to improve the teachers" quality in an all-round . how to know double functions of school systems objectively, in order to achieve sustainable development of the school.
