At present, the integration and globalization of economic development decides today's qualified talents must have the international consciousness, the innovative spirit and the capability of interpersonal communication and cooperation. Facing the standards of the talents which the community needs increasingly three-dimensional, the content of education concerned has been change from pure knowledge instruction to pay more attention to the talents on the balance training in the knowledge and skills, comprehensively enhancing the quality and personality and harmonious development in the psychological aspects. Along with the curriculum reform continuous deepening, the secondary schools English teaching emphasis on the mastering the knowledge and skills, increasing the actual using ability, and also pay attention to the cultivating interest , character cultivation and communication strategies, study habits and infiltrating positive attitude towards life. Middle school students are in the special transition period of physiological and psychological, and the interpersonal communicative ability cultivation has far-reaching implications. The English's character of communicative tools decided the English knowledge learning and the ability of interpersonal communication are indivisible. Compared with carry out dominant and single moral education independently, integrating the education of emotion, attitude, life outlook and values in the English courses, reasonable training interpersonal communication ability on the English teaching in secondary schools, these make the education process more comfortable and more improving the students interpersonal skills. The interpersonal communication ability in English teaching should be based on the principle of moral, sincere, valued and personality, and through English language exchange, moderately infiltrate the whole process of English teaching. English teacher should have a proper understanding on the purpose of English teaching, establish s scientific concept of interpersonal relationships and the good interpersonal atmosphere in the classroom. In the process of English teaching, both teachers and students should bear in mind the interpersonal communication ability which is the teaching purposes, combine the English knowledge learning and the interpersonal skill training consciously and organize and take part in the teaching activities.
