The core of the New Course Reforms is the course implementation , whose basic approach is Teaching.Thus,the Teaching Reforms is the most important ingredient of the Course Reforms.Both the new course ideas and plans are needed to be realize with the help of teaching. So,to make a great success in the New Course Reforms ,the Teaching need to make a corresponding reform.The definition of the effective teaching develops with our time, which has different targets, ways and tactics in different times. At present, effective teaching is the teaching idea that the international community accepts comparatively, Aiming at developing the students ability of innovation,practice and self-development, effective teaching adjusts the requirement of quality education in our time.Five parts consists of the main body of this thesis. Part I is the summary of the effective teaching ,which mainly talks on the current situation of effective teaching. Part II is the theory foundation, mainly discussing on the basic theory of the effective teaching research. Part III is the definition of the conception. In part IV I mainly researched on the practicing strategies of the effective teaching. First of all, I got some conclusions on effective teaching by investigating the current study situation; Secondly, I made out some practicing tactics of the effective teaching,which based on the correspondence principle of teaching-learning and the current situation of effective study. Last but not least, I made an experiment to certify the teaching strategies worked effectively. Part V is an investigation report on current situation of effective teaching, which includes some advices on teaching and some conclusion by the investigation.Not only according to the summary of the effective teaching and effective study,but also the conclusions metioned above, the writer made out the teaching tactics of the effective teaching.And then, carried out part of the teaching strateges into practice. Fortunately, it could enhance the student's participation degree in the classroom. What's more, the study interest and testing achievement were also increased.Finally, the writer analysed the current situation of mathematical teaching in the middle school, found that there were some problems at present, such as the weakness of the teacher consciousness in effective teaching and so on. Then the writer summarized the main phenomenon of the weakness as following: First,the application of instruction tactics and problem tactics still stayed on superficial level; Second,the teacher paied more attention on the result than the process , does not pay attention to putting process teaching into practice; And the third is the teacher self-examination consciousness wasn't strong enough, neglecting the train of student's study tactic. Fourth, major teachers inspire student's study motivation only by a few ways. With the hope of helping the present teaching ,the writer gave his adviece at last.
