"358"reform of educational system is a significant reform in the field of French higher education depending on Bologna process. This thesis will start with the policies on French educational reform since 1980s and Bologna process to illuminate the contents of"358"reform of educational system, analyze the characteristics and influence of this reform, and express the response made by France under the internationalizing trend of higher education, which shows French higher education is gradually trending towards that of Europe in the common space framework of European higher education.Part 1 of this thesis analyzes the background of"358"reform of educational system, including the important educational laws and rules, reports and events of France since 1980s, and the 5 meetings in Bologna process. Part 2 specifies the contents and implementation progress of"358"reform of educational system and explains the changes brought by this reform; Part 3 provides the characteristics of"358"reform of educational system; Part 4 summarizes the active and negative influences brought by"358"reform of educational system to French higher education; and Part 5 illuminates the instructions of"358"reform of educational system for our reform of higher education, including educational conception, educational system for graduates, Sino-foreign joint education programs and domestic cooperation between different regions.
