As we all know, is the foundation of national education in primary education. At present, primary education to be a prominent issue is the quality of teacher professional level is not high. The reason is that from the happy life, dedication to education teachers not from the professional quality of teachers, educational philosophy failed to keep pace with the times the pace of development, continue to improve the professional quality of the weak sense, the application of modern education methods and techniques that capacity is not strong, teachers of career management did not receive attention. This paper for primary school teachers in the specialized construction-related issues conducted a survey and found that the current primary school teachers specialized in the construction of the following four questions: First, burnout and the other is the heavy workload; Third, it is difficult to control students; four teachers is the psychological state of health. According to the survey results and analysis of relevant literature, have more than four teachers is the cause of the problem of heavy burdens on low-treatment; inadequate investment in education funding; evaluation of a single standard; teachers have a weak sense of self-development; teacher management system is not perfect.To improve the quality of primary school teachers in the ranks of professional status, it is necessary to correctly understand the new era of professional quality of primary school teachers requested, to create a good growth environment for teachers, improve teacher education and in-service teachers to the quality of education, help teachers develop a career development plan, establish and improve the management system of primary school teachers. These measures will enable the professional quality of primary school teachers to be greatly improved, so that to achieve basic education from the exam-oriented education to quality education development by leaps and bounds.
