The reform of a new elementary education puts forward a new request to teacher in our country. Teacher must engage in educating and teaching as a researcher and this is a new content given to the teacher's role by the reform. Ability of educational science research has become an important guideline in valuing teacher professional quality. In normal university, the urgent matter is to train the qualified teachers for elementary education. Therefore, it is important to investigate the present actuality of the quality of educational science research and this will play an important role in exploring the training mode of biological normal students.This research first defined the quality of educational science research and described the characteristics, connotation and training mode of biological normal education, then investigated the current situation about the quality of biological normal students in educational science research by statistics methods. On the base of the survey, the difficulties and methods in cultivating the educational science research talent were analyzed and researched. According to above research, the basic element of educational science research and subjects of biological normal education, a culture mode was constructed about the quality of biological normal students in educational science research. This mode contained three points: strengthening theory and method of biology education, strengthening education practice, and strengthening the ability in writing papers in education research(three-strengthening mode). To testify the feasibility and the validity of the mode, the mode was carried out in the group of 2004 undergraduates(majored in biological science) from Yancheng Teachers University. The relation between the development space of the quality of education scientific research and the training of the quality education scientific research also was researched in the group.Two conclusions were drawn by survey and theoretical research. One is that the "three-strengthening mode" is a useful method to improve the quality of educational science research of biological normal students. The other is that the quality of educational science research before employment can influent the process of the teacher professional development after employment.
