The development of the country can not do without education, and the development of education can also not do without scientific research. With the starting and proceeding of the senior middle school curriculum reform, the concepts and structures of curriculum have been undergone the great changes, and the rising of school-based study have been reguired teachers to conduct scientific research. It is not a new thing about teachers to participate in educational and scientific research, however, the facts of the educational and scientific research in senior middle school is not satisfactory. The author of this paper conducted an in-depth investigation, realized the facts of the educaional and scientific research in senior middle schools, analyzed the questions arised from the educaional and scientific research, and gived some strategies to solve those problems.In the circumstances of the implementation about the new curriculum reform, we can find the educational practices of senior middle schools will be more complex, and which will increase the difficulty of the education and scientific research. Teachers must be recognize the importance of scientific research, and improve their capability of scientific research, and schools and management departments should create the necessary conditions for scientific research, and create together the good research culture in schools, and make the scientific research becoming the first driving force to promote the education development of the senior middle school. In this paper, we mainly use the method of questionnaire survey, interviews and literatures, we hope to provide some help for schools and teachers'scientific research through the investigation about the educational and scientific research.
