With modern information technology deeply developing and extensively using , human beings gradually become the digital and information society . Everyone has to possess the relevant information literacy required by the present age . The information literacy firstly posed by Paul.Zurkowski, who was the chairman of the American Information Industrial Association . Its intention includes knowledge, ability, technical, manner, moral character and so on, and expanded by people who continuously have being valued and searched it . This gives rise to the attention of educational circles . Each country begin to reform the elementary education . Complying with this developing trend , our country enter the process of new curriculum reforming , one important content of which is the connecting curriculum and technology . The integration combines teaching with information technology as the teaching and cognitive tool. The purpose is to make students not only study the method of solving the problem and the manner of treating the matter , but study the senior thinking ability that treat the task from the high-level direction . Finally , let students have the ability of lifelong study.The organic connecting curriculum and technology involves many factors , for example the teachers, teaching facilities, information resources etc.. However , teachers are the main position in the process of integration . So , teachers must improve themselves' information literacy. Just do it, teachers only utilize the information technology to gain and handle the resources , enhance the ability of transmitting and creating information . Consequently , teachers' information literacy become the power of deep-going integration . As a result , it is necessary that we research the teachers' information literacy in the connecting curriculum and technology .The teachers' information literacy in the connecting curriculum and technology is one self-satisfied information literacy between the basic literacy and self-realized literacy . It refers to one accomplishment that teachers use the technology to get , process , create and transmit information in the information society , in the teaching design link and course . It's content importantly include information knowledge , information consciousness , information intention , information ability and information morality . With the society changing, the teachers' literacy must be continuously improved.On the basis of the connecting curriculum and technology , this research firstly systems arranges the concept of the connecting curriculum and technology , which hopes that make the teachers to distinguish the concept of integration and the computer assisted teaching , and make the research on the base of the science theory . Secondly , this research totally examines every key element of the teachers' literacy in the connecting curriculum and technology, then , investigates the practical condition on the basis of these key element and analyzes the primary problem in it. Lastly , this research puts forward the focus suggest.This research altogether divides five chapters . First chapter introduces the selected topic's background , meaning , substance , method and so on . Second chapter is the summarization of the concept of the connecting curriculum and technology , including developed course and basic implication . Third chapter defines the intention of the teachers' information literacy in the connecting curriculum and technology and analyzes the main problems of the teachers' information literacy in the connecting curriculum and technology now . Fifth chapter raise the feasibility idea in the light of the problem.
