Based on the Current Basic Education Innovation, this article aims at the point of Evaluation on Students, which is a hot topic in Education Innovation. Also, the writer illustrates her own idea on creating an Evaluation Method based on the students'development.As for the current issues of Evaluation on Students in Current Basic Education Innovation, this article provides appropriate solutions and policies, such as purpose of evaluation, viewpoint of evaluation, measurement and method of evaluation, and skill of evaluation. After the comparison and analysis, it also points out that the evaluation should improve the students development and teaching practice in many different ways , instead of only one or two ways as usual. The evaluation will pay more attention on the facts of non-intelligence for students. Furthermore, the evaluation is a process of recording, which will track the maturation and success for each student. And the evaluation format is a balance of quality and quantity. In one word, this article states that the evaluation should aims at the students'development, the evaluation process and the methods, especially at the different standard for everyone. At last, the writer shares her own experience in the period of teaching practice with all of you.
