"Internet plus education" is the new "chemical reaction" that has emerged with the rapid development of Internet technology,especially the rapid development of mobile Internet technology.Compared with the popularity of Internet and the development level of Internet technology,the development level of Internet plus education is still at its primary stage,and there is still room for improvement.The guiding opinions of the Ministry of education on strengthening the construction and application of online learning space clearly points out that teachers of vocational colleges are encouraged to use the Internet space to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,give full play to the role of market mechanism,develop high-quality teaching resources in coordination,and use space to innovate classroom teaching,practical teaching and practical training models.This paper is built on the optimization of the "Internet plus" vocational school’s talent training mode,and analyzes the related problems one by one,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures and suggestions.This study starts with the background environment,and proposes the purpose and significance of the research.It defines the concepts of "Internet plus",secondary vocational schools and personnel training mode,and makes a general analysis of the current situation of the talent training mode of "Internet plus" secondary vocational schools at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and methods.From the aspects of improving the evaluation system of talent training,responding to the changes in the employment market,following the trend of educational information,enhancing the effect of talent training,adapting to the cognitive law of students in the new era,improving the quality of talent training,improving the level of school running,promoting the sustainable development of vocational education,the Vocational School Training Model in the Internet era is facing a variety of challenges,this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing the talent training mode in secondary vocational schools.The current situation of talent training mode in secondary vocational schools is investigated by means of interview and questionnaire: in the interview with school leaders and questionnaire with teachers,it is analyzed that the development concept of vocational education needs to be innovated continuously,the talent training resources need to be expanded continuously,and the talent training mode needs to be improved;in the questionnaire with secondary vocational students,it reflects the students’ Internet learning intention Lack of knowledge,students’ enthusiasm for learning needs to be improved,and there are many difficulties in learning.The survey results are summarized and analyzed.In the Internet age,the problems faced by traditional education need to optimize the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools with the help of the Internet,therefore,it puts forward the strategy of using "Internet plus " to optimize the talent training mode in secondary vocational schools."Internet plus " has certain influence on the talent training mode of secondary vocational schools both in concept and technology.It is embodied in the scientific orientation of talent training goal,the optimization of curriculum development and curriculum structure,the improvement of information literacy of teachers and students,the enhancement of practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation,etc.This paper makes a general analysis of the survey results,and proposes the strategy of optimizing the talent training mode in secondary vocational schools by using the Internet plus.Based on this,taking the training mode of graphic design professionals in the Internet plus as an example,the general situation of talent training mode and its successful practice is introduced.Through case analysis,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and practice of personnel training,the optimization strategy of talents training model based on "Internet plus" secondary vocational school is discussed.This paper puts forward the scientific orientation of the goal of "Internet plus" talent training in secondary vocational schools.The author believes that based on the optimization of the mode of "Internet plus" vocational school,we should first follow the teaching rules,and we must consider the curriculum development and curriculum structure,optimize the curriculum,expand the sharing of high-quality resources,build quality courses,and improve the management efficiency.Secondly,it is necessary to build a team of "Double Teachers" of learning and ability,guide students from the perspective of state education to life-long education,and emphasize the double improvement of teachers’ and students’ information literacy.Finally,from the four levels of school,enterprise,teachers and students,we should strengthen the cooperation between practical teaching and school enterprise,and test the effect of talent training with realistic effect.Through the combination of theory and practice,the author explores a way to optimize the development of talent training mode.The conclusion of this study has certain guiding significance for the application of Internet technology,the improvement of teaching mode,and the optimization of talent training practice in secondary vocational schools.
