Study On Talents Training Mode Of Higher Vocational Education In China

Personnel training mode is the core elements of personnel training. The research will explore the actuality, problems, reasons and methods. The first, in order to fetch out the actuality of higher vocational education in china, it compares both the same and the differences between the outside and the home. The second, the author called for 50 seminaries of higher vocational education, then selected 400 teachers in 50 seminaries to inquiry. The content of survey contains specialty settings, personnel training target, teacher attention, and so on. Basing on these data, it analyses the actuality of personnel training mode in Chinese higher vocational education, then put forward the problems of it,such as the hazy personnel training target, the old teaching methods, lacking of the innovation. Finally, it scouts the reasons that result in problems from the hardware, the instruction of teacher attention. In the end of text, it put forward many advices for optimizing our personnel training mode.
