The new basic educatian curriculum was taken in autumn 2001. One of the important the basic educatian curriculum is to change the learning style of the students . A new round of curriculum reform advocated by the "autonomous learning .cooperative learning and research learning ", which is the most criticail areas, as we must focus on the potential of students to wake up. open up and enhance, and promote all-round development of students.I had applied for a program about teacher education on school level "Rearch on Feedback of Learning Style in the new Curriculum for College Teachers' Educatian".During education practice and summer vacation. I went deep into senior high school and normal college to do investigation, to dispense questionaires,to do interview,to know about the real situations about the learning style in the basic education and the learning of normal college students.On the basic of the survey ,the study analyze the current situation of learning style of the senior high school students and normal college students. We find the problems of the teacher education and borrow the theory of reference and practical experiences from teacher at home and abroad ,then we could give new suggestions to our teacher education reform. This will not only be benefit all-round develepment of the teacher education ,but also conduct to adapt to the new curriculum ,so as to promote the teaching in senior high school.This article consists of four parts.In the first part ,we introduce the theory of learing style, including the content ,elements and classfication of learing style.In the second part,we introduce the learning style in the new curriculum, autunomy,cooperation and research, research learning is specially advocated in the biological curriculum.In the third part, we mainly focused on the cities and mountains of senior high school teachers and students in Shaanxi provionce and normal college students ,using a questionnaire survey and interviews investigation. We found that senior high school students knew about prevalence of research on the biological understanding of the new curriculum standards rarely; high school teacher's teaching methods are simple, basically the traditional teaching. There are some problems in thelearning of the normal college students. the curriculum is not quite reasonable; time for teaching practice is short, a mere formality; teaching methods are single and old-fashioned; teaching evaluation system is inadequate. In the fourth part, it is necessary to change the students' learning style. According to the problems above and experiences from foreign countries ,we give some advices which are significant to our teacher education reform: to update the concepts of education. to adjust to curriculum system . to increase time for teaching practice; to improve the teaching methods, to innovate the education evaluation system.
