With high speed of economy, Now Beijing is facing the problem of population and enviroment quality. The increasing of both population and economy will be harmful to enviroment,and the same to the expoitation of resource and the waste.With the increasing requirement of both population and economy, enviroment will face more stress.The distribution of labor force in the different industry make the function of population changing,and different industry will bring different impact to enviroment,so population could infuence enviroment impact through the direct or indirect way. But the development of economy will drive the upgrade of technology, so make the cosumption of resource more efficient and decline the enviroment impact.The gowing up population and economy require more resource,but the technology decline the cosumption of resource.
