In modern society, the knowledge-based economy is very developed. Human resources with high-quality may often occupy the dominant position in the competitive labor market. As a class of special groups of China's higher education system, Master' education is between undergraduate and doctoral students. They have a high professional skills and overall quality, but also have a higher expectation of employment. As China's college enrollment to the Master continued, the competition of job market become increasingly fierce, and the job dilemma of Master gradually become revealed, their ideal need often can not be met. This paper makes finance postgraduate as the research object, show their "Occupation demand "features, then make relevant policy recommendations from the perspective of colleges and universities.The main conclusions of this study include:(1) Financial postgraduate don't attach much importance to their own profession and have little interest in learning;(2) Financial postgraduate attach great importance to the realization of self-worth and harmonious working relationship; (3) Financial postgraduate consider that the personal factors and school factors do the greatest impact on finding jobs; (4) Gender and grade are the main index on measuring the significant difference of master's occupation demand.The main innovations of this study include:(1) Summarizing literature at home and abroad and then creatively define the concept of "Occupation demand"; (2) Draw up "Master's Occupation demand survey questionnaire" through a large number of interviews and preliminary questionnaires results;(3)Trying to stand in the perspective of finance and economics universities, propose some strong operational measures in promoting master's employment and achieving their ideal professional needs.
