Research On Occupaiton Ideal Within Urban High School Student Group

Carrying out occupation ideal education in high school stage could help internalsforming a health concept of career and employment concept, thus improve the employmentefficiency and help reduce the social pressure.Using “Research on Occupational Ideal within Urban High School Students”questionnaire，reviewing unban high school students’ occupation ideal condition, majoreffective factors and schooling occupation ideal conditions.The results into the following after the data are analyzed：1. Most high school students have no clear occupation ideal. Stability is at intermediate level.There is significant occupation preparation different between student have clear occupationideal or not. Value orientation of "self development" is significantly better than “familyinquiry”,“social value” and “economic benefits”.2. Family reason is a significant factor when affecting students occupation ideal. There is asignificant family affective difference between students have clear occupational ideal andnon-clear occupational ideal; no significant difference within internal, school and societyreasons. No significant family, internal, society and school factor difference betweenclassified school styles. Economic income is the major consideration when students areforming occupation ideal.3. Most of the high schools have not carry out good occupation ideal education, in which lackof resources. Most of the region’s high school students have accepted the occupation idealeducation intention, expect schools about" social practice"," series of occupation course"and other forms of activities, can contain" occupation scenario simulation"," knowledgeand skills" and other forms of content, and as the" register for examination of Universityand professional guidance" and" future occupation guidance" of the occupation idealeducation. Finally, from society, school and family perspectives were proposed adaptingeducation countermeasures, to help the high school students forming healthy occupationideal.
