Fundamentally speaking, the reform of the basic education is the improvement of the people. It not only promoted the changes of the teaching content and teaching methods, but also led to the educator's own changes. Thus, during the reform of the curriculum, teacher professional development has also been increasingly emphasized. The teacher professional development is both a specialized knowledge, and a process of the struggle.
