With the continuous development of logistics industry in our country, the logistics industry in various regions has gradually become one of the indispensable pillar industries in its economic development, and the total logistics index is also presenting a growing trend. The rapid development of the logistics industry to the logistics market share of each park project managers become a hotly contested spot. And the success of the logistics park construction is the most concerned about the various management area. Logistics park construction project is a complex system engineering with high investment cost, high risk factor and long investment cycle. A successful construction project of logistics park not only can effectively alleviate the urban traffic pressure, but also improve the urban environment beautification capabilities, more important is can park the area where the land use structure of planning and management. If there is no proper management mode, the risk coefficient of logistics park will be increased continuously, at the same time, there are many different kinds of risks. So how to effectively manage risk and build a better logistics park has become one of the hot research issues in logistics industry and academia.The in the course of the study, first of all Park background and risk profile of were a basic overview, then the ZOPP method to establish the problem tree and the number of targets, through the two illustrative diagram presented problems and indicators, combined with set on analysis and AHP analysis method established a the risk evaluation model, and the introduction of a logistics park project case, according to the algorithm model of risk assessment results proposed logistics park construction project risk management in the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In order to provide the basis for risk management of construction projects in the future, to help project managers to implement scientific management measures, effectively reduce the risk of the project.
