| With the booming economy,China's logistics industry also faces many rare opportunities for development,and has become the most promising industry.Under this social background,various kinds of logistics parks have emerged,and the construction scale of modern logistics parks has become larger and larger.This has become an important part of promoting China's logistics service capabilities and promoting social and economic prosperity.China's logistics park construction is still in its infancy.Although various types of logistics parks have been generally constructed,there are not many parks that can be successfully operated after successful construction.After investigating the reasons for this,it was found that most of the logistics parks were engaged in hastily,and investment risk management analysis was not carried out for construction projects.Generally speaking,the amount of investment in logistics parks was huge,and it would be difficult for investors to make mistakes in decision-making.Estimated economic losses.At this stage,for the situation that logistics park construction is in full swing,this study selected Zibo A logistics park as the research object,and used SWOT analysis method,expert opinion method and other methods to identify and evaluate the project risks in the logistics park,with certain Applicative and innovative.And through quantitative analysis methods,such as expert scoring method,AHP,etc.,it analyzes the investment risk of construction projects in Zibo City A logistics park in all directions,and it is rigorous and scientific.Based on this premise,the management countermeasures that help control the investment risk of logistics park construction projects are explained.This study hopes to help the investment risk management of the construction project of A logistics park in Zibo City,and it is hoped that this research will be helpful.The conclusion can provide lessons for the successful operation of other logistics park construction in our country. |
