Research On The Influence Of Enterprise Staff Quality On Enterprise Culture Construction

This paper tries to combine the enterprise staff quality with its impacts on enterprise culture construction to make more systematic and in-depth discussion of impact on enterprise culture construction of with promotion on enterprise staff quality and the ways to improve enterprise employees’ qualities.Firstly, this paper combs the relevant theories of enterprise staff quality and enterprise culture construction.
