In view of the important role of the grain brokers and food broker at present training situation, this paper from the point of view of the evaluation of training effect of combined with the domestic and foreign existing theories and research results, combination, literature research method, comparative analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, qualitative and quantitative research methods of combining with theoretical and empirical research, in-depth and systematic research has been made on the evaluation on the effects of training on the grain brokers.From the angle of the competent department of food, first described the current situation of training market grain brokers in our country, expounds the present situation of teacher training, training of grain broker grain company training status and food broker, analyzes the problems and causes of current food industry food broker training; and then analyze the factors food broker training needs and influence from the organization, task and staff of these three aspects, and then the evaluation model of the foreign theory and existing research, the effect of training on the basis of the analysis, from the four level model of Kirk Patrick, the corresponding index system, learning behavior, results from the reaction, designed to assess the effect of training food broker four aspects of the model and the level set, in accordance with the actual situation of the grain brokers training effect evaluation standard. Finally has used the Delphi method to determine the weight of each index, has carried on the empirical analysis combined with Yangzhou City Food broker training effectiveness evaluation, comprehensive evaluation results show that the results for general, indicating that grain broker training effect remains to be strengthened and improved.I hope the research results of this paper can food industry departments in charge of food and state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises pay more attention to the grain brokers training, and has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance to the development of the training work of the grain brokers in China.
