Shandong Haihua Group Of Circular Economy Development Strategy Research

With the development of our society, the environmental issue is challenging in the worldwide. The resources for the subsistence of the mankind is largely consuming, some of which are nearly used up. The theory of the cyclic economy comes into being under this background, and has drawn much attention in many countries. The cyclic economy is being carried out in some countries, especially in the developed countries, and some valuable and advantageous experiences are available now. The aim of the thesis is to make a strategic programming and orientation of the application of the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua using these advantageous experiences for reference.The thesis is mainly aimed at developing the cyclic economy. Linking the present practice, the article analyzes the exploitation and utilization of the brine, the status of the industrial configuration, utilization of energy, ecology environment, and so on, and points out some problems, including the irrational exploitation and utilization of the brine, the non-perfect industrial chain, the highly energy-consuming exploitation. To overcome these problems, the writer want to carry out the strategy of the cyclic economy, and afresh projects and designs the exploitation and utilization of the brine, saving energy and industrial construction. Then achieves the cycle and integral utilization of resources, and establishes the foundation for the continue development of the Shandonghaihua.At first, the status in quo of the exploitation of the resources and the utilization of the energy sources in Shandonghaihua is analyzed in the thesis. It is found that lots of problems exist including the degeneration of the quality, the irrational exploitation, the serious waste, the highly energy-consuming exploitation of the brine, and so on, and the integral utilization of resources and energy sources is inefficient. To overcome these problems, a strategy of developing the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua is then proposed. The strategy focuses on the integral exploitation and utilization of the brine, the expanse of the industrial chain, and the adjustment of the industrial configuration. These issues to solve are right the main purposes of developing the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua. Finally, the strategy of developing the cyclic economy inShandonghaihua is evaluated. It is proved that the development of the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua is feasible and valid. In the evaluation of the strategy, the background and motivation of developing the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua are taking into account, and the integral benefits of developing the cyclic economy in Shandonghaihua are analyzed by constructing the concept and the controlling model of the integral benefits.The study in the cyclic economy is still in the preliminary phase in China. The continuous development based on the limited resources is being a fundamental task for the companies to work hard to solve. We expect that the methods of developing the cyclic economy discussed in this thesis could offer some helpful experiences to the related companies.
