Performance evaluation is of great importance in firm management. Most of Express Way Company have realized the important effects of performance evaluation. But there are some problems during the process of implementing and as a result leading to the negative influence of performance evaluation's implementing.Based on modern performance evaluation theory, pointing to HengZao Express Way Company's management organization, human resource and current management mode, the paper diagnoses the current management of HengZao Express Way. And through the Survery with the employees and analysis of job, giving an assessment of the current performance evaluation system used in HengZao Express Way Company. On the basis of this, had group performance's relativity, reliability and availability, normative and maneuverability as the golden rule, from the two perspectives of the group performance evaluation system including the design of evaluation index of group, manager and staff for HengZao Express Way Company. By the analysis of evaluation index and application of evaluation method and result, this new evaluation system has broken the conventional evaluation way which focuses only on the result, and entitiles the employees reasonable returns and sufficient encouragement. At the same time, it stimulates the employees's working passion. The paper presents how to implement the new evaluation system well and expects the effects of the new system at last.
