This article is an empirical study about the importance, style andmanagement of innovation of China telecom enterprises. Not only the competitiveness of China telecom market is more andmore fierce, but also the demand of consumer become more various. Onlyway of getting advantage is that telecom enterprises innovate in many fields.If we were afraid to change, we will lose the opportunities to develop and tobe defeated. This article list some ways of innovation as follow: financemanagement innovation, technology innovation, marketing innovation,product innovation, value chains innovation, RH innovation, globalizationinnovation. Telecom enterprises can select the styles of innovation to carry outstep by step. The process of innovation is interaction of technology, market,organization. The corporations must try to manage the innovation effectively.The management of innovation is finding the effective mode of innovation, itconclude establishing the stimulation systems and managing the process ofinnovation. The companies must find their own mode of innovation to becompatible with the traits of organization and culture. At last, the article conclude that the innovation is a strategy of company,the innovation depend on the relationship of departments in the company andother corporations, the stimulation systems and the organization culture ofinnovation are very important to China telecom enterprises to achieve ininnovation.
