At present, if the problems about agriculture, farmers and rural areas can be fundamentally resolved, we must follow the road of building the new socialist rural areas. This is both the major historical task in the process of Chinese socialist modernization, and the primary tool for resolving the problems about agriculture, rural and farmers.
