In our times, the peace and development have already become the themes of the times. The competition between the countries has already become the competition of the comprehensive national strength which is based on the technology and economy. Every country is devoted to the economic development of its own. However, because of the imbalance of economic development and nonconformity of advantage, the trade friction among various countries becomes more and more fierce. Since the reform and opening-up, Chinese economic strength has strengthened, and her foreign trade has been developing powerfully. Especially, after entering the WTO, our foreign trade has been developing rapidly. China has already become a large trading nation. Meanwhile, China has already stepped into high-incidence season of trade friction. Since 1990s, the developed countries have initiated the anti-dumping, safeguard mechanism, transitional product-specific safeguard mechanism and implemented TBT frequently. According to the research paper of World Bank, since joining WTO, anti-dumping, product-specific safeguard measures and fabrics-specific safeguard measures have already become big problem that the Chinese exporters face. The impacts on economic development of different trade friction can't be ignored. This thesis is writing under such background.
