Organizational commitment is an important variable,which can greatly predict the possibility of quit and job behaviours.the western scholar have made abundant research on the organizational commitment .but it is on the beginning stage of the study of organizational commitment in china.On the other hand,although there are many studies on the factors which influence organizational commitment,but most of those factors are the one which are not able be manipulated.Organization socialization is defined as the process through which individuals are taught and learn the particular knowledge and skill of an organizational role in a specific work setting.Organizational socialization has great impaction on the individual's key attiduation and behaviour.And it is more important that organization socialization is a factor that the organization can manipulate to help the formation of healthy job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Researchers pay more and more attention on this research area.But Chinese researcher have made little research on this direction..Job satisfaction is a diagnostic index of the station of administration in organization.In this article,a study is made to explore the relation between organizational socialization,job satisfaction and organizational commitment.it comes out that organizational socialization can well predict job satisfaction and the organizational commitment.
