In this paper, the big module gear chamfering and the structural dimensions of chamfering machine, high energy consumption, a big module gear chamfering machine design.First, design all develop of chamfering machine. Chamfering machine cuting by mill, using milling cuter; chamfering machine cutting feed make up by its radial feed and circle feed. In the working time, just control the tool's trace of cutting tool walkinggear tooth profile can be completed gear chamfering processing.Secondly, design the chamfering machine's construction. The positioning mechanism make up by the end face positioning wheel and axial composition of the feed wheel; clamping mechanism is composed by clamping wheel and weeks to feed the wheel and its inter-compression spring; design the radial feed and circle feed mechanism; design the big module gear's transmission.Then, design of the chamfering machine control system. Design of the control strategy, through the control sent two feed motor pulse time to achieve control of feed. The purpose of the gear tooth profile; host computer use VB software processing parameters to be machined parts, and then control procedures Keil software to import the single-chip microcontroller according to the control program to send pulses to thefeed motor; paper to draw a control flow diagram and schematic of the micro controller.Finally, the design model based on ADAMS virtual prototyping technology, kinematics and dynamics analysis, the model has been improved, chamfering machine model to meet the design requirements.In summary, this study of the subject application ADAMS virtual prototyping technology to design an automatically big module gear chamfering machine to solve the difficult problem of the big module gear chamfering.
