To explore the roles of endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction (Cl) . We observed the changes of ET in plasma in sixty cases of CI by radioimmunoassay. The patients were divided into two groups: one was treated by medicine combined with scalp acupuncture, the other was given medicine only. The results showed:(l) There were no evident difference between the two groups in their function mark before treatment (P>O.05) meanwhile the concentration of plasma ET also shows no evident difference (P>O.05). (2) The levels of plasma ET and the function mark were decreased markedly after treatment in the first group (P |
