According to the characteristics of the students in the secondary vocational school and in order to meet the needs of enterprises, the study, based on the teaching practice, applied the project teaching method to the course of FLASH making. The teaching effect is remarkable. In this way, students can explore actively and study independently. The key point concerned is not the final studying results but the process of completion of the project, and in the process, students use knowledge and skills reasonably, experience the hardship and pleasure of innovation, so as to effectively enhance students' ability of asking questions, analyzing and solving problems.The paper, with the teaching design as the theoretical basis, through the analysis of requirements and contents of learning, the analysis of learners and their objectives, the formulation of teaching strategy, the choice and use of teaching media and design, and the evaluation of research of results, illuminates feasibility of FLASH making lessons teaching project in secondary vocational schools. This combines the project teaching with traditional teaching method, modern teaching media and teaching means organically and effectively improves the teaching effect of FLASH making course.Making the teaching case "Song of selling newspapers MTV", the paper made a systematic study of the implementation of the project process of teaching. By experimental methods of comparing the classes, questionnaire and interview, we got the conclusion:FLASH animation courses with appropriate application of the teaching project are more effective than traditional teaching methods. In the traditional teaching methods and the implementation of the project approach, students are recognized teaching method, the project approach can greatly enhance students interest in learning, mastery of knowledge and the flexible use of capacity effect is obvious; the project mainly improves the teaching sense of students' group work, and makes students from the "passive study" to "active study", also greatly enhanced the students' learning ability and creativitySecondary vocational education, which promotes employment-oriented, focuses on the professional skills of students. This paper, through the investigation of business needs and considering the needs of business-to-student capacity, carried out secondary processing in the business practices to form the sub-project which is in order to enhance students' practice ability. This will not only enable students with good professional qualities to flexibly apply the knowledge to future employment, but also help the enterprises to save the time and capital of training. Project teaching method in secondary vocational education has its unique advantages, and should be further summarized and strongly promoted.
