At present, hundreds of universities in Russia offer Chinese courses, with over ten thousand undergraduate and graduate students learning Chinese. With the surge in the number of Chinese language learning, the large demand in teaching Chinese is gradually growing. Recently, China National Office for teaching Chinese as a foreign language(NOCFL) take increasing efforts to dispatch the volunteers and experts in Chinese teaching in China. However, the so-called"transfusion"is difficult to meet the increasingly demand in Chinese language teaching in Russia. Therefore, the only way of relieving the strained resources on Chinese language teachers fundamentally in the long run is to enhance the local Chinese language teacher training in Russia, as well as enhance the"hemopoiesis". It is still a blank stage on the research concerning Chinese language teacher training in Russia. Thus, an effective and appropriate training mode plays a positive role in promoting the Chinese language development in Russian teaching career.Chinese Language Teacher Training Program in Russia is the essential way to solving the current problem of lacking in teachers. Compared with the traditional teachers-training programs, this Program takes shorter period and flexible arrangements with effective and appropriate courses to face the current situation. Moreover, the Program can improve the Chinese language teaching level in Russia, formulate an action plan to the practical issue encountered in the language teaching and popularize the Chinese outstanding achievements and experiences in teaching Chinese. In that case, exploring the program mode is particularly crucial now. A set of reasonable and effective training model can achieve the training and teaching tasks in a short time, as well as the expected training effect. Finally, it can make practical significance on expanding the foreign language teacher training methods, and effectively improving the language teaching skills in order to be competent in classroom teaching in a short time. Taking the program of Chinese language teachers in Russia, coming to get training in China, established by China National Office for teaching Chinese as a foreign language (NOCFL) as an example, this thesis are divided into four parts: it respectively describes the background and practical significance of the program, the investigation on this model, the practical issue encountered during the implement, and the program thinking and vision. Through the case studies of the program, it can sum up the characteristics of the program, which laid the practical foundation on the training model of Chinese language teachers in Russia. Moreover, through the feedback from the questionnaires, author makes the analysis on the problems encountered during the implement, describes and researches the training objectives and content and finally constructs the training model of Chinese language teachers in Russia, which further improve and consummate the construction.
