Internal And Erternal Power Dynamics Of District Offices

Sub district office is the basic administrative division. It includes several Community Residents Committee or a few Administrative villages. Sub district office is avenue office of board of management in Municipal district people's government. Under the supervision of Party committee and local government and In line with the principles, policies and regulations of the Party, sub district office is responsible for the divisional, social mass work. Although not being the local level of government, Sub district offices is at the front of the masses as the basic administration of government.In the new century, from reached fairly well-off standard of living to the perfect implementation of National Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Chinese government has implemented over half of construction of well-off society. Expectation of Chinese people to live a better their life also varied and increased with new demands and expectations continuing to bring out. So acting as the platform for the interaction of Chinese government and society, sub district office bridged government and the masses together and thus increasingly becoming the core division of social integration.Referring to perspectives of some prominent scholars and practitioners, I analysis and discussed sub district office's practical work process through interaction and cooperation within and out of organization in this article. The materials contain some analysis of Old comrades and suggestions from residents in the community. And my article also refers to perspectives of some outstanding experts in the field. I hope that, after road mapping actual work process, I could find one more efficient development path so that sub district office can play a more significant role in solving livelihood problems in Building the Harmonious Society.
